Workshops


Innovation Insights has developed 1, 2 and 3-day Workshops covering Blue Ocean Strategy1 and Creating Customer-Centered Organizations (C3O) concepts and methodologies to help your company or organization identify its Wide-Moat-Uncotested-Market-Space™ (WMUMS™). These Workshops can be customized to your company’s specific interests and issues, or can be presented in a generic format.

 

 

Seminars


Innovation Insights will work with a company or organization throughout the 10-step process to “Make Blue Ocean Strategy Work”. A client company has several options: Innovation Insights can take the lead in all 10 steps, or play more of a supporting role with the client taking the lead in all or selected steps. Once the “As-Is” and “To-Be” value and strategic directions have been defined, Innovation Insights can continue to play a role in the company’s or organization’s implementation phase (Step 10) of their Blue Ocean Strategy if the client desires.
