<h3>Innovation Insights Recommended Consulting Engagement</h3>

<h4>Step 1: KAI Assessment</h4>

<p style="text-align: left;">A typical Innovation Insights
consulting engagement starts with a KAI assessment of a company's
or organization's strategy team. A KAI (Kirton Adaption-Innovation)
assessment provides information regarding how the team members and
the collective team solves problems. Ideally, a strategy team will
have a diversity of KAI index scores. As with other
Industrial/Organizational assessment instruments, there is not a
right or wrong KAI index score. An individual's index shows if he
or she is an Adaptive problem solver (strives to make things
better) or an Innovative problem solver (strives to make things
different). Both KAI types are needed in an effective organization.
Innovation Insights has found that KAI is a better instrument than
either Myers-Briggs or DISC in determining team effectiveness in
defining and implementing a company's or organization's
strategy.</p>

<h4>Step 2: Blue Ocean Strategy Workshop</h4>

protection around a business was first coined by Warren Buffet, the
financial guru and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway.&nbsp; In looking for
companies to acquire and bring under the Berkshire Hathaway
umbrella, Mr. Buffett uses an analogy from the Middle Ages of a
castle encircled by a moat of water.&nbsp; The wider the moat, the
greater the difficulty for a marauding army to defeat and occupy
the castle.&nbsp; For a company or business, the wider its moat
(through a unique business model, intellectual property, cost
position, position in its market, etc) the greater is its
protection from the competition.&nbsp; In a sense, Mr. Buffett and
Berkshire Hathaway acquire companies with Blue Ocean<sup>®</sup>
characteristics.</p>

<p>Academic studies of companies having Blue Ocean<sup>®</sup>
characteristics show that their moat, in terms of years of
operating in uncontested market space, is indeed wide.&nbsp; On
average, it takes 15 years, roughly a generation, before their

President of Innovation Insights, will teach and facilitate a
session on Entrepreneural Strategy at the Entrepreneural Bootcamp
for Veterans with Disabilities (EBV) on March 1, 2012.&nbsp; The
EBV is a one week, intensive program providing cutting edge,
experiential training for veterans with disabilities to start and
run their own businesses.&nbsp; It is a collaborative effort
amongst LSU, Texan A&amp;M, Florida State, Syracuse, UCLA, Purdue,
UConn and Cornell business schools to assist disabled veterans
become entrepreneurs.</p>

<p>January 5, 2012:&nbsp; H. R. (Pent) Penton, Ph.D. Founder and

American Industrial Hygene Association (AIHA)&nbsp;has retained
Innovation Insights to conduct a Blue Ocean/Value Innovation
assessment of the association with 10,000 members.&nbsp; Innovation

September/October, 2011 issue of <span>Associations Now</span>
describing how Value Innovations, Inc and Innovation Insights, LLC
assisted the Industrial Research Institute to identify and
implement new programs and services to add value for its

identify AIHA's Value Chains and identify latent needs of its
members in its various Value Chains, and use the information
gathered to identify new products and services for AIHA to

Innovation workshop at ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain
